His charismatic, diverse and enthralling performances along with his love of music have earned him the respect of many. Luke Timothy Grimes has been an American actor since the 60s. Randy Grimes, a Pentecostal minister and Angie Barker are his parents. Luke Grimes is the son of Randy Grimes who is a Pentecostal pastor, and Angie Barker. There are three sisters: Racheal Abby Grimes and Seth Grimes. His family is an extended family who is conservative. He went to Dayton Christian High School. When he graduated from high school, in 2002, Luke moved from Dayton to New York City to pursue his ambition to become an actor. In the American Academy of Dramatic Arts was the place where Luke studied over two years. He also took guitar and singing lessons to enhance his musical abilities.
