Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat
Madekwe comes from a multicultural family. Her birthplace was within South London. Both her parents have both been English. She was raised in a council estate located south of London. In the ages of fourteen, she was enrolled at The Brit School. She was a student of acting in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. She was on stage in many productions while attending school including King Henry V, as Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights, as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe began her acting career with a film titled Storm Damage. Since then, she's been making appearances as a guest for Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's debut film came from her role in the Woody Allen 2007 movie Cassandra's Dream. She starred with Colin Farrell & Ewan MacGregor. Her popularity led her to play Elisha as a one-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot, then appear in six episodes Trexx and Flipside as Ollie. In 2008, she was offered the Bambi part on the ITV2 Drama Series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. The actress was on both series 2 and 3. Madekwe also played the title character in How to lose friends & make people feel alienated that was aired by Sony Pictures Entertainment back in the year 2008. The credits on stage for Madekwe are Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe was cast as Ashley Davenport for the ABC drama The Beautiful Life. The two-episode show aired only for two weeks on The CW and then it came to an end. Ashley Davenport was her role in ABC's drama Revenge. Madekwe appeared in all episodes of the show's initial two seasons as a regular. But in May 2013, the word broke that the actress would quit the show due to her appearance as a guest on the first episode of the series' third season. The actress portrayed Tituba on the show Salem between 2014 and 2016. Madekwe wed her actor boyfriend Iddo goldberg in June of 2012. They collaborated in the film Secret Diary of a Call Girl. He also played alongside Madekwe on Salem.
Ashley Leggat was born in Hamilton, Ontario, into the extended family of a huge, large. Her parents, Roy and Patty and the four brothers of her, Brett, Todd, and Bram, were all present. Ashley's sports brothers played baseball during summers and hockey in the winter. Ashley was never able to actually walk. She was a dancer. So when she was two and a half, she began to take part in Baby Ballet. Ashley was hooked on dance immediately. Ashley competed in top-level divisions for jazz, tap ballet, hip hop, the lyrical musical theatre, acrobatics and pointe until she graduated in high school. All of the big dance events, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and others, have awarded her with the honor of "top soloist".
